The Outer Cape Dental Group was born out of the merger of the Wellfleet Dental Group and the Outer Cape Dental Center.  Dr. Justin Ruffner and Dr. Vincent Hebeka, along with their talented staff, are committed to setting the standard for dental care on the Outer Cape.
